Finesse Resources has committed itself to working with Family Pathway.

Family Pathway is a non-profit specialist mental health and wellbeing provider which is committed to working with individuals, families, communities, and corporate settings to lead active, healthy and fulfilling lives. Their expertise includes working with the wide spectrum of neurological differences and needs; supporting individuals to overcome challenges so they can engage with things they need to do, want to do and are expected to do, including environmental challenges.

At Finesse Resources, we are committed to tackling the stigma around poor mental health and neurodiversity as per Equalities ACT 2010. We aim to achieve this by partnering with Family Pathway, who deliver tangible, actionable steps to connection and high impact around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Family Pathway provides a range of holistic well-being services to enhance workplace stamina, supporting employees and leaders to promote good positive well-being and inclusive solutions. Family Pathway is on a mission to help inspire, educate and reduce stigma around mental wellness and neurodiversity, shifting individuals from surviving to thriving. With Finesse Resources working with Family Pathway, all funds committed to this non-profit go directly into supporting their gifted services to individual people in need and tackling disadvantage and vulnerability across communities’ heads on. Finesse Resources is working with Family Pathway to support communities to thrive.

Finesse are currently helping by sponsoring a vulnerable young person 16+ to access learning and/or employment, by contributing 10 sessions for them. Family Pathway will also be providing online events for Finesse' employees to educate us on topics such as "Mental health for adults", "Mental Health for Children" and "What is Neurodiversity and disability in the workplace?"
