How the course went - "The course went really well. My favourite modules were the people management modules, I feel like I learned how to deal with different people and situations much better, which is vital in my role. I also completed my Work Based Project about Training and Development – where through research I learned a lot on how to improve teams that I work with."
How the knowledge is improving your work life – "The main aspect of my role that has been improved by my knowledge is the confidence that I have in myself, which makes it much easier for me to make informed decisions and approach situations in the best ways possible."
Aspirations of what to do next – "I would like to move on to complete the BA (Hons) in Business Management with the CIPP to further improve my skills. Not until after I have had my holiday to Australia though."
What you plan to do now you have time on your hands whilst you aren’t studying – "I am catching up on time with my family and friends at the moment, planning a few more holidays with friends before I begin studying again."

How the course went – "The course went really well. I really enjoyed the modules that involved different methods of pension calculations, and the different circumstances surrounding retirement."
How the knowledge is improving your work life - "I’ve found that my all-around knowledge of pensions has improved immensely. I find I am more prepared when new challenges arise at work and I am able to tackle them with more confidence than before."
What you plan to do now you have time on your hands whilst you aren’t studying - "I am catching up on some fun, non-learning reading and getting back to the gym."...
